Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Sync Intelligence collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Business data from the software you connect, such as ledgers, invoices, stock and orders.
- Usage details, such as the pages you open and errors the app runs into, so we can fix problems.
How we use it
To run the service: syncing your books, showing reports and scores, sending the reminders and reviews you switch on, and answering Pillion questions. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the app, for example for AI answers in Pillion, sending email, sending WhatsApp messages and reporting errors. They receive only what they need to do that job.
How we protect it
Each business is kept separate, access is set per person and per page, and the agent on your office PC only connects outward.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your business data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and you can switch off reminders and weekly reviews in Settings.
