Terms and conditions
These terms cover your use of Sync Intelligence, a service run by Vizdale ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Sync Intelligence reads data from the business software you connect, such as Tally and Zoho Books, and shows it as reports, scores and suggestions in a web and mobile app.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you add to your account and the access you give them. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. Tally and Zoho Books remain your books of record. We read from them, and we only write back where you have allowed it.
Plans, trial and payment
New accounts get a 7-day trial with Plus features. After the trial, plans are billed yearly in advance, plus GST, at the prices shown on our website when you buy or renew.
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
Fair use
Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you have no right to see, or to disrupt the service for others. Plan limits, such as the number of companies, users and Pillion questions, apply as listed on the pricing page.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data in sync, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Figures depend on the data in your connected software.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
