We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every account starts with a free trial.
Free trial
New accounts get 7 days with Plus features at no cost. No payment is taken during the trial.
After you pay
If you are not happy with the service, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
After that, yearly plans are not refundable for the rest of the year. You can choose not to renew.
Renewals
Plans renew yearly. If you do not want to renew, tell us before the renewal date.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
